Sunday dinner at my Mamaw’s. Time together, a look back at the week, and a little room to breathe before the next one.

“Sunday Candy,” a tribute to a grandmother, brought me back to that table. Sunday Theory grew from the same idea: the everyday things we share can leave a lasting imprint.
